Arisdyne Systems, Inc. Names Chairman of the Board

Agriculture Industry Expert Fills Leadership Position for Alternative Fuels Company

CLEVELAND, OH (June 7, 2010) – Arisdyne Systems, Inc., a leading bio-fuels technology and equipment company headquartered in Cleveland, recently named bio-fuels industry expert Paul Mulhollem as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mulhollem, who worked for Archer Daniels Midland for 13 years in Europe and the US, has been a member of the Arisdyne Systems Board of Directors since January 2009 and its chairman since February 2010. He has an extensive background in global agri-business including many years of experience in the commodities markets that provide the feedstocks for Arisdyne Systems’ biodiesel and ethanol production equipment. Mulhollem has also worked for Cargill, Inc and Continental Grain Company.

In addition to his new role with Arisdyne Systems, Mulhollem is a global agri-business consultant and the managing partner of Clairebrook Farms LLC and Blue Ridge Cattle LLC, a registered Angus cattle breeding and marketing group.
